I keep original purchased files in my files section, but you can always go back to Etsy and download a new clean copy of your files. Web download goodnotes for free on ipad, mac, or iphone. Then, import a NEW fresh clean copy of your planner into Noteshelf, and continue to work there going forward. It will not be editable, but all your work will be there for you. Think of this as your historical version. So I do suggest you export as Flattend rather than Editable. My handwriting came over and the links did continue to work, but I lost all my images. When I tried to export Editable, my images DID NOT transfer over.
This will bring over your images, handwriting and text over.
